For clubs and flying sites

Your club,run from one place.

Membership and cards, documents that expire, shuttles to launch, the club’s vehicles and kit, and a receiver at your landing. Every notice goes out in each member’s own language.

Who is flying over you, now.

Members & cards

Online registration with your own form and fee, approval, and the member card sent with it.

Documents & expiries

Medical certificate, insurance, licence: members upload them and are reminded 30 and 7 days before they run out.

Shuttles

Rides to launch with seats booked in the app, paid or free, cancelled with one push to everyone on board.

Vehicles & kit

The club’s van, tandem wings and places: bookings that never overlap, deadlines that warn the person responsible.
Digital membership

The member card,in every pocket.

Members join online with your form and your fee. When you approve them, the card reaches them in their own language, and the club always knows who is a member in good standing.

  • Online registration with your own form, fee and documents
  • Approval in one click, the card sent with it
  • Expiring documents chased automatically, 30 and 7 days before
  • A members list with documents and reminders, for the board
An example card: yours carries your club’s artwork.
Club aircraft

Every aircraft tracked, every flight to its pilot.

Microlights, gliders, tow planes and the club’s kit carry a tracker (a Queclink GL320M, or the pilot’s phone); Alpium records who flew what, and when.

Tracker on board

Trackers such as the GL320M stay installed in the aircraft and report on their own, with no phone needed.

Who is flying it

A drag on the fleet board, a QR sticker scanned in the app, or the booking decides the pilot of each flight.

Every flight in a logbook

The flight is stamped with the aircraft and the pilot when it closes, and lands in that pilot’s logbook.

Nothing lost

A flight with no known pilot waits in a queue for someone to name them, never filed under the wrong person.
OGN receiver

Every piloton the radar.

We prepare and run FLARM and ADS-L receivers for clubs and sites. Plug it in at the landing, the green light comes on, and everyone over your hill is seen on the Open Glider Network. Calibration and updates come from us.

  1. 1Ask for one. Tell us where the antenna goes and how the site reaches the internet.
  2. 2It arrives ready. Named after your site, placed on the map, your Wi-Fi already set.
  3. 3Power on. A steady green light: it is on the Open Glider Network.
Placed where it matters.
Our coverage map of Italy estimates where a pilot 300 m above the ground can be heard today; the numbered squares are where a new receiver helps most.
